Top Team Award for S&W Wholesale

S&W Wholesale has won the Top Team of the Year award at the annual Export & Freight Transport & Logistics Awards 2025.

The Top Team of the Year award, sponsored by Kaizen Print, was presented to Clive Whylie from S&W Wholesale at a glittering ceremony at the Crowne Plaza in South Belfast which was attended by over 500 guests from all sectors of the transport and logistics industry and compered by the BBC’s Mark Simpson.

Organised by the Hillsborough based publishers of Export & Freight magazine, 4SM (NI) Ltd, the event, which was first staged way back in 2002, is Ireland’s premier platform of recognition for those operating in the transport and logistics sector; it celebrates and rewards the very best in an industry that continues to meet its challenges head-on with resilience and perseverance.

S&W Wholesale impressed the judges with their honesty, passion and pride in everything they do.

Strong leadership is matched with a genuine connection to their workforce, creating a culture of trust, innovation and engagement.

The judges concluded that what truly sets S&W Wholesale apart is their bold move to become the first large business in Ireland to adopt an Employee Ownership Trust model, ensuring every employee has a real stake in the company’s success.
